When you have a blog, you can check the stats and it will give you all sorts of information. Such as: A line graph of your hits each day for a month, links people clicked on to get to your site, things people search to get to your site etc.
Now I don’t know what is so great about some of these things people are searching for but you would be surprised to know that the following list is what most people are searching for and then happening on my site
- dead tree
- lion lamb
- mud pies
- lion and lamb
- lamb and lion
Dead tree? Why is that such an exciting thing? Maybe I should put more pictures of dead trees up for these dead tree hungry people.
Also, I’m hoping that the reason people are so curious about lions and lambs is something to do with Easter coming up. Otherwise, it’s hopeless.
Once, I noticed someone searching “how to make a mud pie.” This led them to my site. I’m sorry to this very unfortunate viewer because I DO NOT know how to make a mud pie. But perhaps it would be good to find out.
My line graph of hits looks really cool. It changes daily. It’s never high for long and never low for long. It’s a zig zag. Except at the beginning…
Each number represents a different day. Starting a month ago and going to today with current hits.
0, 8, 0, 0, 0, 2, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 4, 9, 29, 50, 17, 5, 15, 3, 7, 6, 29, 24, 45, 19, 9, 22, 7.
Randomly, I started writing in my blog regularly. Probably because I was home recovering from surgery and I was bored. So now there are no zeros. WHOO HOO! And I have the coolest abnormal line graph ever.
I totally was looking for lion and lamb pictures when I found your blog! I want to post about how dumb they look.
Yeah, it’s interesting the weird (and sometimes creepy) searches people do.
