For all of you who have been searching the web feverishly to find the answer to mud pie making, this should help you out immensely!
- Find some mud. Make it if you have to. Get lots of dirt and put water with it. Mix it with your feet. (It feels really good.)
- Get all the pieces of rocks and grass out. It will look more realistic if those are vacant.
- Using one of your mom’s nice pie pans, fill it with mud. Of course, if there is too much water, it will be too runny.
- With a paper towel, clean off the sides of your pie pan so that it looks presentable.
- Let it dry if you want for two days or serve it fresh.
- If you’re letting it dry, make REAL fudge icing to go over the top. Perhaps even add nuts. Mmm!
- Bon appetite! Serves 8-10 unfortunate people.
If you have any alterations to this recipe, let me know. Mud pies can always be improved.
