Wow! April 2, 2009

Well, my blog is less than a year old and I have over 1,000 hits! I don’t know what that means in the blogging world, but here in the world of my blog, that is pretty awesome, Although, I went from 45 hits in one day on the 31st to 9 hits today. (The 3rd.) So I thought I should probably write something to bring more people to my site. It’s all about the hits baby. Now, about all those hits… I’d really like to see how many people only visited my site for two seconds and didn’t really “hit” my site. Probably a lot… Haha! Also, some of the most recent visits have been from friends. All two of them. Thanks you guys. I would also like to say that I am a most welcome person to the blog and perhaps 60 of those hits are just me visiting my site from other computers than my own.

Sigh. I guess 1,000 hits in the blogging world sucks, but that is not the word I would use for this blog. If you really care, the words I would use are as follows: awesome, epic, ugly clothes, awe inspiring, brilliant, and wicked. Once I get my big break here on the internet, I might get as many hits as my “totally awesome sister’s” blog. I don’t mean to brag. I just like my blog. And if I post too many more posts like this, I might as well kiss my dreams good bye.  I’ll put a cool picture in just so this post is actually interesting.

Ugly Shirt of the Week March 29, 2009

Here is the ugly shirt of this week, March 29-April 4… Drum roll please? (Pretend you hear a drum roll.)

Okay, so this shirt is compliments of Alloy.com again. Thanks to them for sponsoring this ugly shirt. The name had something to do with a scarf. So I’m pretty sure you could make this at home. All you have to do is wrap an unusually wide scarf around your upper torso and viola! There you have a tube-top in seconds. Also, make sure the scarf you use has a real ugly print to it as well. That shouldn’t be hard, just go to an old lady store.

Ugly Shirt of the Week March 22, 2009

I enjoyed finding ugly clothing so much that I’ve decided to feature one ugly shirt each week. I want to state that the featured item is ugly in my eyes. No offense to your personal style if you like it. Also, I’m not much of a fashionista anyways. So I may hate the things that are instyle too. Here we go! The following is a picture from an online store called Alloy. Most of their clothes are really cute.

your shirt is not really back in style yet. (I hope it never comes back really.)

Sledding Tips December 30, 2008

It’s the perfect time of year to go sledding. The snow has fallen and the sun is out. WHOO! Here are some great tips for sledding.

• Make sure you have some nice warm clothes that are water proof. The warmer you are, the longer you can sled.
• Go hill hunting. Find a steep hill that other people haven’t discovered yet. The longer, the better.
• Get a good sled/tube. Tubes are better because they don’t catch in the snow and go faster. However, you are more likely to fall off a tube than a sled. So you decide.
• Go sledding when the sun is out. It helps the tubes go even faster.
• DO NOT tie a tube to your horses saddle. It just might jump the fence and run down the street a few miles before you catch him.
• Go with a lot of people.  The more the merrier.

Now you can go sledding the right way. Have fun all you avid sledders.

♥ The Top Nine ♥ August 11, 2008

Okay so I was practically forced into making this list of hot guys. Of course I was partially willing becaust of how great looking all these men are. Whoo!

1. David Archuleta-If you don’t know who this is, don’t tell me because I just might cry. He is not only a great singer but an excellent person. Very amazing.

2. Jensen Ackles-This handsome man is from Supernatural. I don’t actually watch the show but he is a very attractive actor.

3. Legolas-Okay he is one dreamy elf. If it was okay for men to have elf ears, long hair, and carry around a bow and arrow, I would be very happy.

4. Orlando Bloom-I couldn’t exactly have Legolas and not Orlando Bloom. He is a very attractive man. He even looks good with long hair like in Lord of the Rings and Pirates. Which is rare for men in my oppinion.

5. James Marsden- 27 Dresses, Enchanted, and Hairspray. Oh boy. It doesn’t get better than that. I love his character in Hairspray especially.

6. Prince Caspian-Spainish accent. Need I say more?

7. Joe Jonas-That picture of him was back in his better hair days. He looked very good with a faux hawk. I have to say, he is still attractive though. But not as. It’s the long hair issue.

8. Josh Turner-What an amazing voice. If you haven’t heard any of his songs, quickly look up “Would You Go With Me.” That is such a cute song. And he has a beautiful deep voice.

9. Josh Duhamel-This is the man from Win a Date With Tad Hamilton. He is SO cute! But not cuter than David Archuleta.

There you have my fantastic list. There are only nine because it just fit so perfectly that I didn’t want to add a tenth one.
