The morning of Sunday March 1st was a clear day without any wind. March came in like a Lamb. So true to the little saying, March should go out like a Lion.  As of right now, March is going along with the usual wind. The snow is melting like crazy and there is a lot of mud unfortunately. Looking on the bright side, I can now go make mud pies and feed them to my most unfortunate friends. I wonder how I will pull that one off? I’ll let you now how it goes.

March is the best and the worst month all year. The best because Spring is coming. The worst because everything is still gray and dull. No green yet. And all the trees look dead. Like this one:

When Spring comes, there are so many great things to look forward too. Summer, Easter, Summer, my choir trip, Summer, swimming, Summer, star gazing, Summer. Did I mention Summer? I must have forgotten. Summer is something to look forward too. I forgot to put it in my list so I just listed it there. Last of all, the best of all the… list.

There comes a point when the snow piled four feet deep gets old. And then, you hope that the sun will come and melt it all away and the grass will turn green and the leaves will grow on the trees. Well that time has come. The snow is melting away and the grass is slowly going green. ;) The best time of year is Spring time. The world renews itself  and makes for a new beginning. And who couldn’t use a fresh new start every once in a while?  The biggest sign of Spring coming is when the birds are chirping too early in the morning on a Saturday and it wakes you up. It’s time to plant the garden and mow the lawn. (I love to mow the lawn) And, no, I will not come mow your lawns for you. Sorry, my lawn is big enough
